Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Enclave yourself? What have you tried so far?
Radiator replaced with hoses. Thermostat has been replaced and coolant flush was done. Also a block test was performed to see if there were any head gasket issues causing the overheating while driving
Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the coolant? Have you checked for a leak in the cooling system?
No leaks. Car cools down when idle but heats up while driving
Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
That’s it

Hello, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* to just answer! I will be assisting you with all of your vehicle questions today. I’m really sorry that you’re having this issue and I’m going to help you through it, but please understand that I (respectfully) don't know your skill level or tools you have to assist us to diagnose/repair your vehicle. Also, understand that I can't see, smell, hear or touch the vehicle either, so your patience/understanding is appreciated. I do not know anything about the fees or charge so please if you have any concerns, direct them to customer service. The phone call prompts are automatic and are coming from the web site, not from me. **you can ignore them.**
I am going to start by asking some basic questions to get caught up to where you are at with this situation so I can assist you in a timely manner. I appreciate your time and patience while we are working together on this issue.
with the engine running and warmed up, temp at mid gauge, check to see if the upper and lower radiator hoses are equally hot.

when a vehicle is being driven, you have more airflow going through the radiator to keep things cooler since everything is hotter while the engine is working faster. I have found that a partially clogged radiator and/or air bubble in the cooling system is usually the cause of this.

first with the vehicle running and engine warmed up, you take a digital temp gun and scan the front and back surfaces of the radiator for cool spots.
