1. The battery cable needs to be addressed first. If it fails completely it will keep your car from running& starting.
2. Then we have to check and repair the airbag system as this is a safety item. In this condition the airbags would NOT deploy in case the car is in a accident. In addition we have to repair the front light at this step as well.
3. Monitor the oil leak on the valve cover. If it gets worse and starts dripping onto the exhaust manifold you have to address this as well.
4. The DMTL pump would be last on the list as it is not a safety issue
I'm sorry that you have to deal with this, I know it can be frustrating especially if there are several issues on the car present.
