No the motor mounts would not break during any repairs. These would only wear over time. The mounts are very strong and it would take an extreme amount of force to break them. Is a motor mount being cracked something that is pretty easy to see?

If you're not looking for it then you probably wouldn't see it so I would say probably not.

Dose the dealership or who ever fixes the car, normally drive the car or check to make sure the problem is solved before giving it back to the customer?Do you know the cost to fix the front and passenger motor mounts on the Acura MDX 2014

Yes they should be test driving it before giving it back. It would cost around $1200 with parts and labor to replace these mounts.

Do I have any options with the dealership, since they told me the problem, I paid to fix everything they recommended and it's still not running right with out even more repairs? Or not really just have to fix what they say?

I would attempt to make them finish repairing it for free since you already paid to have something fixed. I don't think they will do anything but they may work with you on it.
