I thought the issue with trouble codes was one thing that I scheduled for, but Vaughan, utilizing his diagnostic tool connected to my car, identified more of the root cause. Since what I actually needed was a Diagnostic Service, which would require different tools and more time, we decided to reschedule for a different date. It's great having a mechanic you can trust that helped me not spend money replacing a part the car did not need.

Vaughan called 30 minutes before arriving, he arrived on-time, immediately went to work, was very friendly in explaining everything he was doing and some things to keep an eye on, and even though it took him 45 minutes longer than YourMechanic estimated, I was still charged the quoted amount.
