He's very knowledgeable and he checked for issues that he wasn't even supposed to - like letting me know that my transmission fluid was low. How easy was this? I received a quote via email from YourMechanic for a brake fluid and transmission fluid change that was almost $100 less than the dealership and $15 less than the local auto shop I usually use. Once I received the quote, booking an appointment online was super easy. Tyrus was late for the appointment due to a previous job taking longer than anticipated, but he and the YourMechanic representative both called to inform me of the delay. Tyrus was pleasant and professional and explained what he had done after he finished. He even deducted the cost of an unused can of brake fluid from the bill.
