It felt like I was fixing more than I was driving, within the first 6 months of buying I found a leak from my water pump and was quoted $800. I was a senior in high school and had spent $1500 to buy and register the car so instead of sinking almost another grand I bought a Hanes manual and tackled the job myself. Stephen kept me posted when delayed due to parts delay issues and offered to rebook if needed. He went right to work and listened as I gave him history of the vehicle and set to work. He had to work in less than optimum conditions since it was cold and my taller than usual vehicle couldn't fit into my garage. He cleaned up work area and showed me how to check fluid levels going forward. He is a great representative of this service -polite, friendly and professional. This was my first time using this service and will use again as needed. The cost seems quite fair since it was so much more convenient for me-no need to arrange rides to and from and no waiting in a crowded waiting room. I was able to use my “wait time” doing things in my own home. Love it
