Samuel was pleasant, professional and seemed to really know his stuff. He did a pre-purchase inspection for me on a used car I was thinking about buying. The dealer had tried to tell me that they'd already inspected the car, so I didn't need to take it to someone else for another inspection. Uh-huh. Samuel said the car was mostly in good shape, but he found one problem that was going to cost around $1,000 to fix. When I took the keys back to the dealer, they asked me what he'd said, and I told them. They immediately offered to fix the problem if that's what it took to get me to buy the car. They said they'll have it done and ready to deliver to me by the end of the week. I'd say that $129 I paid for Samuel's inspection was a pretty good investment!!
