Best ever! My only disappointment was not being able to communicate with Stephen Boykin a few days after the service was completed. He did try and reach me however by the time I got back with him to discuss the other needs I got the corporate call center. I'm SOLD and only want Stephen to do it. Fantastic... I would recommend to everyone!

A real pleasure to work with. Stephen had a thoughtful measured way of speaking and working that I was reassuring. And when the work was done, the loud clicking noise from my axles was GONE!!! Thanks Stephen!!

Stephen was very professional and quick. He was very detailed about explaining what was wrong with my car and how he was going to fix it. He finished promptly and even adjusted the labor cost to lower the bill.

Stephen's customer service is TOP NOTCH!! He called me the day before my scheduled appointment to ask questions about my repair because, he didn't want to repair the wrong thing. From this initial interaction with him, I got the sense that he is very thorough, cares about his work and wants to ensure that his customer is taken care of properly! He is Extremely friendly, kind and He took his time to explain the process to me so that I was able to understand and wouldn't feel left out. I'm 100% happy that I was able to have Stephen help me with my issue and I would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs help with their vehicle. I myself will definitely ask to have him service my car again!

So today I finally got my window fixed and I couldn't be happier! Not only did Stephen show up 15mins early, he also finished the job by 215... if not earlier! As I've said before, Stephen has the best customer service, very friendly and also patient when explaining the end result. I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE that want "Stellar Service"! This was my first time using this app. Honesty and thorough work is a miss with auto repair shops. Stephen was on time (5 mins early) which is huge in my book. He finished faster than the quoted time and refunded us the time from the original quote and his work was thorough. He showed me all the old parts and let me know of any concerns. I am highly satisfied and will definitely use him again.
