Robert (Bob) Donnelly worked on my Volkswagen Jetta today and he did a wonderful job. I had a tire rotation, synthetic oil change, and 50-point inspection. Robert went above and beyond on his work on my car and was able to teach me a few things about my Jetta along the way. I was a little skeptical using a mobile mechanic but after speaking with a rep over the phone, he reassured me it would be a good experience...Bob arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He diagnosed my vehicle with what I already expected. I had a third party warranty on mechanical failures and the starter was covered. They honored the warranty, allowed me to use the dealership part and the 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty was guaranteed. Bob installed the part and now my car starts. Thanks Bob.
