Melvin was AWESOME - he is the first service professional in my recent memory to arrive EARLY to the appointment. He diagnosed my car's issue (battery, as suspected), replaced it, and was on his way in 45 minutes. I've never used Your Mechanic before, but with this positive experience (fixed AND at a price LESS than taking it to a mechanic!) and my father's approval (he is in the car business with Toyota 60 miles north of Atlanta), I will definitely use this service (and hopefully, Melvin) again!
