I've never used a mobile mechanic so I had no idea what to expect but I was blown away by Jeremiah's thoroughness and professionalism. Buying a used car from a private owner can feel stressful but Jeremiah helped me feel much more confident. He was helpful in answering my questions and explaining issues as he went. Even the person selling the car to me was impressed with his work!

Jeremiah got to my place in the allotted time, and got straight to working on my car. Took some time to examine and understand what the issue was by looking over the car and talking to me. After running some tests it was clear it was a dead battery and he replaced it in an efficient manner. Afterwards he also checked my oil and air filter which was appreciated.

He had good recommendations for future service after the diagnostics part, was friendly and apathetic about my situation which was much appreciated, even during the beginning of an ungodly heatwave and very busy day of his own. I thought my daughter’s Explore needed a starter. Jeremiah diagnosed the problem and it was a starter. He ha come back and fix another issue he diagnosed. Jeremiah was able to show up early and was great to work with! He tested the alternator to confirm it was the issue, installed the new one, and re-tested to ensure the battery and alternator readings were OK. Great service!
