I've been an automotive technician since 2008. My education is from Universal Technical Institute. I started my career as an oil changer and worked my way up to Service Manager. I enjoy and am experienced in working on a variety of Asian and Domestic cars. My goal is to help my customers and to make sure all vehicles I work on return to the road in the safest possible condition.

I just needed a wheel stud replaced. Jason arrived on time, forewarned me of any possible difficulties, did the work A to B, let me watch, answered any questions I had, and did the quick inspection. I felt like he was trustworthy, competent and efficient. I would certainly use Your Mechanic and Jason again if the need arises. I loved having the one-on-one relationship with the mechanic, the flexible service hours, not having to travel anywhere, and the price! The only thing I'd note was the website wanted to charge me $17 for a set of 5 wheel studs when I only needed one, and I also needed a new lug nut which the website didn't give the option for. I got the stud and nut myself at the auto parts store, saving me even a little more money. It pays to pay attention to details and take a little responsibility yourself!

On the day of my appointment, I received a text that Jason was on his way and a tracking map that showed exactly where he was prior to his arrival. Jason arrived on time.
