Jason was able to help diagnose the brake problem to be the sensor. Unfortunately I have to go to the dealer to get the sensor reset. At least we were able to make sure the parking brake itself engages and functions.

Jason showed up on time and went right to work. When he tested the battery, it was almost entirely dead, even though it supposedly had just been checked days earlier during scheduled service by an area dealership. He promptly replaced the battery, as well as checked for any concerns with the alternator, which thankfully was fine. He also did a check of the motor overall. As a result, I feel relieved and so glad to have hired YourMechanic and Jason. Based on the whole online scheduling and experience on site, I was pleased by the preparation and delivery, and would not hesitate one second to hire from this service again.
