He took the time to explain what parts failed and alerted me to other mechanical issues. He showed me the malfunctioning parts. Galvani repaired my 1989 Cadillac El Dorado. Seven malfunctioning, or non-performing parts, needed replacement. Galvani accomplished the service within the time quoted for repair/replacement work.
