Showed up early, which is commendable given the appt was @ 8:30 on a Sunday morning! Duran thoroughly inspected the belt pulleys and replaced the alternator/ac belt. Clearly explained what he was doing and ensured I understood the need to leave the car running for a while to fully recharge the battery. Great service experience with Duran and Your Mechanic!

Reached early and was extremely helpful. Found the issue even though it was a lot of work. A lot of mechanics weren't even ready to have a look at the issue because of the difficulty to diagnose. Would definitely recommend Duran.
