Wrong part was dispatched but mechanic got a replacement. Your dispatch office was closed when mechanic called in. You need to make sure your support staff is always available vid phone.

I was very impressed with Craig. He actually arrived a half-hour early, connected with a friendly greeting, got right to work & was quick. He also did a once over of my engine & tire & gave recommendations of matters to be taken care of in future, i.e. dirty oil, hose wear, tire not safe, etc. I also enjoyed talking with him for a bit following. Still waiting on an answer for the repairs that are need since we are waiting on parts, just need better communication on the process once we determine what is needed, so I can be confident the repair will be on the schedule, also still waiting on the price quote for the recommended repairs

Craig is very personable and easy to talk to. He completed the job in a timely manner. I asked Craig about a clunking noise on a different car of mine and he found the cause immediately. Craig quickly fixed the problem by tightening the clamps securing the sway bar. I offer to pay him for his efforts but he refuse to accept my money. Craig goes above and beyond expectations. I will definitely be hiring Craig for future work.

Craig arrived on time, had the right parts for my car, and was very efficient, quickly replaced the part that was at the root of the problem. He also did a visual check under the hood and informed me that I was low on some fluids, unfortunately he did not have the right fluids in his truck, otherwise he would have taken care of this too. This was not a problem since I could easily take my car to the service station down the road and get the fluids. This was the first time I used your service; the experience was painless.
