Over my career I have worked at Firestone, Ford dealerships, Goodyear tire, and independent shops. Finished the job in a timely fashion but failed to communicate the issues he found with the car in person. I had to log into my account to find them and even then they weren't clear. I had a few questions about the car while he was working on it and the responses were so vague that there was no point in asking any more questions. I won't be schuelding my appointments with him again but he was okay overall.
