What a relief! Christian made contact early and arrived as planned. He listened to my story of the car, and was half-way to getting the problem solved before even switching on! His suspicion was flat/broken battery which presented the identified symptoms. His hunch was correct and the process of confirming just how broken the battery was was quickly carried out. I am so pleased that he had sufficient knowledge of the type of car and its age to fill me in on the various hiccups with batteries as they age. I will be sure to keep Christian's details in my file! Well done your team for making a nightmare "go away" !!
