This is the second time I've used this service. Charles was the service man they sent on both occasions. He arrived on time and inspected my vehicle and found the problem was a leaking hose which I told the company I thought it was. After the diagnosis the company closed the $74.99 ticket and immediately charged my account. They said I would have to open another ticket for repair. I told Charles I would have my brother come and do it after work. Luckily my brother works by Ford and got the small hose. It wasn't Charles fault but another labor fee and parts I couldn't afford. I felt bad he wasn't able to complete the job but wouldn't hesitate using him again.
