I've been an automotive technician for 39 years and am ASE certified. I've completed courses in everything from truck repair to fuel injection and recently completed a Snap-on scanner and diagnostic repair course. I've worked at a Ford dealership, fleet services, and independent shops. I'm comfortable working on all makes and models and specialize in electrical diagnostics and repair. Working on cars is truly my passion and I treat every customer's car as if it were my own.

My appointment was at 1 p.m. I think he called me around 10:45 a.m. to see if he could come early because he stayed up the street from me, in which was great so I agree. I told him to call me once he was outside my home 10-15 minutes later he called me I let him in my vehicle. Couple hours later he was finished, what I like the most was that he didn't just close out the work order and leave. He stayed to make sure that the part was working properly in which in my case was a new radiator. So he came a few days early, he went above and beyond his duties. And for the price I paid, "I'm very satisfied"!!!
