This was my first time using YourMechanic.com and it will not be my last. The use of the site is easy to navigate, I was provided with a name and picture of my mechanic, and was able to select from various times and dates for service. Oh, let's not forget that they come to you and they will also provide the parts needed...no more dropping your car off at the shop for hours or days at a time. I was able to wash dishes, clothes, and cook while my brakes were being replaced. AWESOME!

Andre was a great mechanic. He showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and stayed both 1) after sunset and 2) through a rainstorm to complete my repairs in one go. I certainly wasn't owed that kind of commitment, but Andre did it without hesitation, and I was and am deeply thankful for his considerate, skillful professionalism.
