Patrick provided the most pleasant experience I've ever encountered with a mechanic under normally very unpleasant circumstances. He's very knowledgeable at what he does and very willing to answer any questions. He balances the professional with being very personable really well. He made sure to call ahead of time to ask permission to arrive early instead of just showing up unexpectedly. On top of fixing my concern, he also briefly looked over my car and tended to minor details like a bent license plate and low tire pressure. Nothing like past experiences with typical mechanics who just want to quietly do their job, take your money and send you on your way with little explanation on what was done. If you have the honor of getting Patrick as your mechanic, know that you and your car will be well taken care of.
