Raul provided great service. He called earlier in the day to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled, he arrived on time (to the newly agreed time slot), he discussed with me the repair need, inspected the vehicle, made required adjustments and reviewed the work done. He noted a couple of actions he took (just incase) the adjustments did not resolve the problem. Great work! Highly recommend Raul!. This was my first experience with this company, and I am pleased and planning to use them again. One thing that I like about this set up is that I get to interact with the ACTUAL mechanic and not a guy at a service desk. My description of the problem to be fixed is not therefore lost to interpretation or otherwise misrepresented on a service sheet that is usually handed to the mechanic in the service bay. And I do miss the days when I (the customer) could walk out to the service bay and have a discussion about my vehicle while it is taken apart in the service bay.
