Common reasons for this to happen:

Seat is not fully secured to vehicle

Over time, bolts and hardware holding the seat to the vehicle can loosen or wear out. Sometimes this can be fixed with a few turns of a wrench, so it should be addressed immediately for comfort and to ensure the safety of the car is maintained.

Worn out suspension parts

The suspension in a vehicle performs the task of keeping everything smooth and level while traveling down the road.
