What is the Brake Light Bulb all about?

Brake light bulbs are located at the back of the car, housed inside a protective covering (lens). The brake light turns on when you push the brake pedal, letting drivers know that you are slowing down. You may want to find a local repair shop that specializes in electrical issues. While I can't say if you actually had a fuel pump issue, I doubt the fuel pump is related to the lighting issue and burning smell....
