Rick was awesome! Nice, friendly and even showed up a little early to get the work done. He gave me handy tips as well for my Rotary engine. He did ask me which fog light was being replaced; I said both were to be replaced as ordered in my estimate; but only one got done. I can let that slide for him though as it was probably not his fault.

I was about to buy a used car and Mike helped me inspect it. He showed up on time and inspected the car thoroughly at the dealership. He is well prepared since we brought tools including the battery diagnosis kit and OBD II scanner and so on. He checked literally everywhere- exterior, interior, fluids, battery, filters, brakes and suspension systems- in a efficient and professional manner. After the inspection Mike made a test drive for the car. The whole process is well-documented by Mike, since he input everything he found into his hand-held terminal to generate a inspection report, which was received by me via e-mail. Mike is super polite and super professional that I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to inspect a car before buy it.

Car is still not running but now we know what my be all are problems with are mazda RX8. Mr. Pryke was very good at his job and very informative. Learned things about my car that I did not know. Am looking forward to Mr. Pryke's next visit.
