Robert did an excellent job and replaced the broken parts. There were some issues with him being provided the incorrect materials and with our first appointment where YourMechanic promised something different than they told Robert to do but this was fixed although with a 3 day delay, again not a fault of Robert's who went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of.
