Patrick was great!! The hardest thing with care repairs is trusting your mechanic. Patrick gain my trust which is hard to do. I had already been mis-informed and was asking for repairs my car did not need. Patrick listened to my journey and then did his own assessment. Patrick could have easily kept the same story going, but chose to be honest with me. Due to his honesty, I save $700.00... This alone is enough said. My stress is now reduced to "Returns", who wouldn't be happy with that. I will be telling my story to anyone who will listen and all references will be for Patrick's service. Jonathan was very professional with a pleasing personality & smile when he greeted me. He asked me what was going on with my wiper problem and I explained to him, I have had at least 15 wiper motors replaced in my 99 Lincoln Town Car. He told me he would do everything he could to see if he could find the problem & fix it. Jonathan soon found the problem and this is after I've had my car at the Lincoln dealership many times for this problem. No one out of all 15 replacements discovered the problem. But Jonathan did and showed me the motor was shorting out because water was getting in and the part was corroded. I can't thank him enough for his knowledge in diagnosing this problem.
