Can I just say wow! Never would have expected someone that shows up on site to do such amazing work! Daniel showed up on time with all the tools he need and was gone in two hours for a job at any body shop would easily be a "whole day" Not only that but I asked if he could check My engine light ...even if he cleared the codes I've driven 400+ miles which would make me think the light would come back on but hasn't! My Lincoln LS was giving me terrible experience because I was never sure if and when it would start anytime I turned the ignition key. On a number of occasions it would choose the worst time and place not to start. The first technician sent by YourMechanic to help me told me I needed a new starter. When he could not come to do the job, Richard was sent in his place (providence). After asking me a few questions, he told me he did not believe the starter was the problem. He proceeded to diagnose the problem and concluded it was due to lose electrical connection. He proceeded to tightened it and car came alive. Andrew was on time and replaced the alternator. However, when finished, the car still wouldn't start. He mentioned the battery might be dead and we tried to jump it to no avail. After he left, I went and bought a new battery and the car started fine.
