Carlos showed up at EXACTLY our appointment time, finished the job promptly, and walked me through the different questions that I had. I had my spark plugs replaced and had the throttle body cleaned out. Ended up paying about $280. This was comparable to what I was quoted at different auto shops, but with the added convenience that I could stay home with my newborn baby. The ONLY downside is that when I called customer support to talk about my invoice, I was very obviously given some people in India with no energy and no problem solving skills. Seemed to just read off a script. but Carlos was awesome and helped me out greatly. I will be booking him for my next service if possible

Kelly did a great job! I loved the tracking app because I knew when to meet him at the car. Since he was an experienced mechanic, he was able to diagnose and showed me an additional problem before he got started. Although he had to get an extra part, he still completed the job in the allotted two hours. He did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with this experience. Kelly is an excellent mechanic, and I will use him again and again.
