When I called on yourmechanic.com's service, I was a little nervous. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, Kevin was so professional and he went beyond the call of duty too. When he was done, he did not pressure me or make me feel like I owed him anything more. He really loves what he does! Very thorough, especially when it came to other problems that he spotted in my engine. He was so organized. I was incredibly impressed. I teach private voice from home so as a result, it's hard to leave my house during work week hours. So frustrating. I know nothing about cars. All I know is music, so I need a mechanic I can trust, a mechanic who cares and a mechanic who will be completely honest with me. Kevin came to do a simple oil change. He respected the fact that I am a single woman who can't afford to get stranded in the middle of anywhere, so Kevin automatically stayed longer with my car. Wow! Why can't every mechanic be like Kevin? I am going to start calling him "Dr. Kevin", because within only an hour he diagnosed my little car with several other problems. He identified and explained clearly what those problems were while I was on break. He was so easy to understand. Like I said, I know very little about cars, I mean, he used layman terms so after he left, I confidently knew exactly what I needed to do in order to have my car completely ready to pass its next smog test. While Whitney's testing equipment had difficulty reading the Geo's computer, rather than simply saying he couldn't do the job, Whitney manually troubleshot the likely cause. In addition, he cleaned out some parts to verify that cause. Whitney was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and very trustworthy. I was very impressed by his professionalism and capability. I would recommend him and YourMechanic to anyone. I plan to use his services again for the repair.
