Russell stopped what he was working on in order to come and put on my serpentine belt in the freezing cold but he was quick and accurate in finding the right way to do the work for me. He showed his skills as a mechanic quickly and fixed my car for me in pretty short order. He was very polite, professional and I will ask for him now whenever I have a problem with my car that I can't fix.

I was very pleased with Matthew. He was very punctual and very friendly. The job was done in 2 1/2 hours, which was very good. My driveway was left clean just like when he came. Allan arrived a little early, which was fine with me. He introduced himself and I felt very comfortable having him work on my car. He did a great job, explained what he would be fixing and, after the work was done, explained the examination of other issues with my car. The entire time he was courteous and informing about what he fixed. He cleaned up the floor after working and it looks great. After explaining other concerns on my car, he did not pressure me and said he would get a quote out in a day or so. I had problems with first two mechanics that came out.The first one did a jury rigged job on a simple over heating problem and lied about it.The second mechanic that came to do the work that was recommended by first mechanic (a simple spark plug change)was performed improperly and mechanic left without telling me he could not do work.So after talking back and forth on sunday to customer service and having to wait for Andrew a supervisor to come back to work so they could discuss it with him.Andrew called back to not only doboth jobs at no cost to me and was also willing to make a rental car available to my wife and I so we could make important doctor appointments due to our disability.I will hole heatedly recommend Your Mechanic to friends and family because of the way the bent over back words to make the problems we incurred right.
