Chrysler LHS Loud clicking noise when I turn the car Inspection at your home or office.

Russell stopped what he was working on in order to come and put on my serpentine belt in the freezing cold but he was quick and accurate in finding the right way to do the work for me. He showed his skills as a mechanic quickly and fixed my car for me in pretty short order. He was very polite, professional and I will ask for him now whenever I have a problem with my car that I can't fix.

I had problems with first two mechanics that came out.The first one did a jury rigged job on a simple over heating problem and lied about it.The second mechanic that came to do the work that was recommended by first mechanic (a simple spark plug change)was performed improperly and mechanic left without telling me he could not do work.So after talking back and forth on sunday to customer service and having to wait for Andrew a supervisor to come back to work so they could discuss it with him.Andrew called back to not only doboth jobs at no cost to me and was also willing to make a rental car available to my wife and I so we could make important doctor appointments due to our disability.I will hole heatedly recommend Your Mechanic to friends and family because of the way the bent over back words to make the problems we incurred right.
