Jose arrived prior to the set appointment time and was very professional, along with the apparent skill sets to properly diagnose and make the necessary repair(s) to correct the issue(s). In addition, Jose suggested other area(s) to consider in the future, but not with any hard sell; which made interacting with Jose very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Jose and use him again. The only issue, which had nothing to do with Jose, was upon Jose's future recommendation of service with approximately cost; once rerouted back through YourMechanic Services, the price was over inflated compared to Jose's estimate. Nevertheless, Jose's service was impeccable.

This is my first experience with YourMechanic.com. Although I realize that it all depends on the mechanic that actually comes to your place, I was very lucky. Christopher arrived on time (on a Sunday morning!) and immediately proceeded to change my dead alternator. He was friendly, professional and gave me a lot of infos on what he was doing and on the general condition of my car. Couple that with the fact that I saved roughly around 200$ compared to a car shop and it is not hard to see why I am enthusiastic about this service and about Christopher. See you next time!
