Chevrolet Tracker Gas cap won't come off Inspection at your home or office.

I recently purchased a 2004 Chevy Tracker. Before purchasing, I wanted to have someone thoroughly inspect the vehicle to make sure it wasn't a lemon, and to notify me of what I would need to take care of in the near future, so I could use that for negotiating the price.
