What is the Gas Cap all about?

Mike was great but due to restrictions with the company he made two trips out and still could not fix my car. The first time he was not provided a gasket and the second time he would have needed to drill out a bolt if it broke and my mechanic would not have allowed him to do that. So I can't really say much about the company the showed up but my car still was not fixed.
