What is adjusting the trunk latch all about?

Jose after trying several things to repair the problem, he is still unsuccessful. He replaced the Distributor, Air Filter, Drive Belt, Crank Sensor, starter Sensor, he said the Fuse Pump is testing okay. But the car still want start, same as before, Please advise what now, I have spent a lot of money to resolve the problem, what can you do at this point, please call me ASAP.
