What is the PCV Valve Hose all about?

The Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve is responsible for transferring excess gas from inside the crankcase into the intake manifold, where the gas can be used as fuel. Jose after trying several things to repair the problem, he is still unsuccessful. He replaced the Distributor, Air Filter, Drive Belt, Crank Sensor, starter Sensor, he said the Fuse Pump is testing okay.
