Peter was early as indicated on most of his other reviews, and professional. Took the time to explain everything out as he worked, and was able to diagnose the main issue, although I have to schedule that repair for another day. We got plenty of other work done, and in shorter time than was originally booked. He was also able to discuss upcoming work needed for maintaining a healthy car. I will be booking him again for the other issue as soon as the quote comes back. My mail carrier saw what was happening, and asked for a business card, already beginning the referrals!

We are done! I purchased this vehicle almost a year ago, with no viable service records. Peter was able to diagnose, and fix all of the problems that arose, as well as help to solve anything that may have arisen immediately. The care is running smoothly, and without issue, and I feel confident that I will be set for a good while. Travis was the ONLY good thing about this service. I have had NOTHING but issues from day one. I was scheduled originally and then the day of service after taking off work, was told no parts. I was rescheduled and then missed. Finally got serviced bit was overcharged. Had to call to get it corrected and waited on hold for 16 minutes. This has been the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had!!! At this point there is NO WAY I would EVER use you Again!
