What is the Fuel Filler Neck all about?

The fuel filler neck is a part that connects the gas cap and the fuel tank. The vehicle is raised and supported on jack stands and wheel is removed
The inner fender is removed and defective filler neck is removed
The new fuel filler neck is installed and the inner fender installed
The vehicle is removed from the jack stands
The vehicle is road tested for proper operation
