BMW 328xi L6-3.0L - Top off coolant - Washington, District of Columbia
Wonderful service!! Eric showed up promptly on time for our 2pm apt. and only took 30 min from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue my car was having and quick to put me at ease to the remedy. He also was able to identify a few other repairs I should expect to make in the near future but he was not pushing them on me or scaring me to believe I needed to have them done ASAP! He was very helpful in allowing me to understand what costs I would need to incur next to keep my car running!

I drive a 5 Series BMW in absolutely fall apart every time something goes wrong with it. Martin was kind, honest, and compassionate while fixing my vehicle and Advising me of other things that needed to be worked on. I won't trust my vehicle to anybody else but him.

Shane arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment which was a nice surprise but more importantly, he is very experienced, very pleasant and made the entire experience more comfortable. Shane took the time upfront to explain the new parts and what he was going to do. I would highly recommend Shane and plan to request him for future service on my BMW X5.
