Ian fixed my car this morning. It was my first time using YourMechanic and I wasn't sure what to expect. I am thrilled that I found this service (and Ian). The app is very easy to use, scheduling is a breeze, I had to reschedule a couple time and it was done very easily with times available the next day (try and do that with a traditional garage). Ian called me the day prior to touch base with me and make sure that he would be prepared for our appointment, he showed up on time and was very friendly and patient explaining to me what was going to happen. He performed the diagnostic and repairs faster than the allotted time and he didn't seem to mind me bugging him with questions. I am planning to use him again for other repairs on another vehicle. Great service at a fraction of the price quoted by the dealership. Thumbs up all around.

David showed up on time and was friendly to show under the hood of my car. He pulled out the work that I don't need and recommended to replace spark plugs which he went and got immediately.
