This is the second time I used YourMechanic's service. Both appointments were great. In this appointment, I needed a mechanic to perform a diagnostic evaluation of my car because my AC is not working. I met Justin, my mechanic. He is very friendly. We found shade for him to work on the car since it was a Hot Saturday! We spoke about what is going on with my failing AC. He checked visually then he got the diagnostic computer and ran it. He checked relay switches, fuses, etc. He saw my compressor is the one causing the ac problem. I was amazed to get an appointment so quick after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cold. I was surprised that David would come on a Saturday! He not only arrived even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why.

Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David.
