He seems knowledgeable seems to know what he’s doing not overly friendly that’s for sure but that’s OK nice guy but I didn’t get a receipt I just read what I was supposed to get a receipt I didn’t get one and also I need to speak to someone about charging me $50 more than you said it was gonna cost us used to be 109 and I got charged 150 and even though you wanna give me $50 credit toward the work I still have to buy the parts and one of the parts I needed would not go through because he put that extra 50 bucks on my charge so I would love to have that returned to my credit card and I won’t be able to get the work done until October 1 third actually Thank you but I will call when I’m when I have the money to have it installed I think he knows what he’s doing thank you

Shawn came out just like always, on time professional, and polite. He was dressed very professionally and was polite as usual. He got right to work and diagnosed the issue right away, after a test drive it was found out the car needed a whole new transmission it was bad news for this car but he did his best to recommend services and going forward what he could do to fix the issue. Once again thank you Shawn for your polite and honest answer even if the outcome was not something we wanted to hear. I always trust Shawn's opinion and you should too, great experience as always.
