What a relief! Shawn is knowledgeable, skilled and able to prioritize repairs. Going to a mechanic had become as anxiety producing as going to the dentist... I can't stand the feeling of leaving my car at a shop then waiting for "the call" when they give you the laundry list of work that needs to be done -- and at that point you are kind of at their mercy with no way to see if they are even doing the work they are charging you for. Anyway -- none of that with this setup -- you can see with your own eyes the parts being used etc... Highly recommend Shawn, he's honest and is willing to explain the how and why of things. Best car repair experience I have ever had.

Benji is very nice and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he let me know what was going on with my car and thankful it was nothing more than what I thought it was - the darn battery. It's a comfort having a skilled mechanic come to my home rather than waiting for a tow and sitting for hours at a repair shop.

Angel arrived a little before the scheduled time, but he called me when he arrived and was polite. He informed me whether I needed all of the services I asked for and recommended others to help with my vehicle problems. He informed me that I didn't need all that I asked for and saved me some money. He was quick, left his work area clean, and was pleasant to talk to. I hope to work with him again.
