1994 Volkswagen Passat 110,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert did a good job on the car, what I like the most is the after service. He called to check on how the car is going and if I need anything. After 1k miles a minor accident happened on coolant leakage. I called him and in 20 minutes he appeared, although it was a weekend, and inspected the car, identified the problem and fixed in in 15 minutes and I was back on the road in less than 1 hour free of charge. I am really impressed with how he backs up his work. I will definitely keep using Robert's services for my car in the future.

Corey was extremely helpful. He explained the diagnostic tools he was using and kept me advised of what I was seeing on the screen. He was able to determine the issue with my car very soon. He showed me the location, in the engine bay, of the part that was causing the issue and explained that because of its location, it was best replaced at a dealership or other VW service center. He checked my engine for unlinked hoses, and connections which could cause the issue, but was convinced it was the part we discussed. Very happy with his diagnosis and will proceed accordingly.
