2005 Volkswagen Golf 10,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

We bought an oil change through a daily deal site. I bought it as a way for my wife to get her oil changed without having to go to a shop as we have 2 kids and I work long hours. I ended up being home the day Ben came so I was there for the appointment. Ben called about 30 mins before our appt to say he was on his way, showed up on time within a few mins and was done in about 35-45 mins. It was a completely hassle free experience and Ben was extremely friendly throughout the process. We really couldn't be happier.

Nicholas was on time for the scheduled appointment. He quickly diagnosed the other issue that appeared after my initial repair and helped to setup the next appointment within short time and resolved the issue in next appointment. Luis was punctual, and even showed up early to my first appointment, after asking if that was okay. We ended up having to schedule an appointment for a different service than the one I thought I needed. He explained why without being condescending (mechanics aren't always the nicest to us ladies!) and got the work done efficiently. He was personable and kind in all of our interactions, and thorough to boot -- we went on a test drive to ensure he had properly addressed the issue I was having with my car.
