Ben was fantastic! He arrived early which was a pleasant surprise. Our anticipated service time was around two and a half hours, but he was done in about one hour. He worked quickly, efficiently, and at the end explained everything thoroughly. He showed us the new and old parts, walked us through the report, and explained what he thought the next step in maintaining our vehicle should be. This was our first time using the Your Mechanic service and Ben completely sold us on it!
