Simon came early and took time to check the car, but he could not determine what i am smelling inside the cabin, in fact he said that he did not smell anything at all. To be fair, my law rating is not about Simon, it is instead about the amount of money i am still charged even though my problem is not even diagnosed by the mechanic, i paid to have a diagnostic done and i got nothing, so why am i still charged the full amount when nothing was delivered? I paid about $150 just to be told by the mechanic that he cannot smell what i am smelling, in that case how about reducing the amount you charge by 50% for example, that would be fair to the customer who received nothing from the service. The hourly rate of the mechanic shops out there is around $65 on average, and you charge more than double this amount even when you don't deliver a result, this is not a fair business practice of business, so i cannot in good conscience give you good rating because i feel like your future customers need to know these details i am mentioning.

Joseph was on time and it was a pleasure to have him work on my truck . He went the extra mile and was able to complete another separate job that was actually scheduled for the next day
