Being in the A/C business myself for over 30 years had a lot of knowledge myself so it was easy to know Peter had a wealth of knowledge. So most people unless they had at least some knowledge of the field would have trouble knowing if a person really knew what he was talking about, but since my past was in the same field you can be assured he impressed me.

Pradeep arrived before time and patiently waited near my parked car for the oil change. As supposed to waiting for an oil change, this by itself was such a welcome change. Job wise, I would definitely book another appointment with him in a heat beat. The only issue I had was that I was charged more than the quoted price...which I don't understand how that could be the case.

Extremely knowledgeable and kind! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and he showed me what had been making my car shake (torque strut mount needed to be replaced). I used a previous mechanic for the same issue and was disappointed when it wasn't resolved. I had pretty much written it off! So thankful that he pointed it out -- I got it repaired today and now it drives great :)
